Pay is calculated on an hourly basis and will always be agreed with you during the interview process.

To ensure we bring the right people into our team, we follow a thorough recruitment process. Here’s what to expect when you apply:
We’ll start with a brief, friendly phone call to get to know you a little better. This is your chance to talk about the role, why you’re interested, and for us to see if we’d be a good fit for each other.
Next, you’ll be invited to visit the nursery during our opening hours. You’ll see our setting in action and spend around 30 minutes joining one of our age groups, giving you a feel for the day-to-day environment and how our team works together.
We will then invite you to an interview with our nursery manager. During the interview, we’ll go through your CV, explore examples of your previous experience, and discuss what makes you a great candidate for the role.
We encourage you to come ready to talk about why Triangle House Nursery is the right place for you, and to ask any questions you have about the team, setting, or role.
After the interview, we’ll email you with the outcome. If successful, we’ll ask you to provide two references and complete the necessary paperwork for your enhanced DBS check before your start date.
